Immigration Services

We guide individuals through immigration processes, providing culturally sensitive legal support and connecting them to advocacy resources and specialized services. Our goal is to ensure every individual has the opportunity to achieve stability and security.

The Center for Latino Progress is the only Latino agency in Connecticut RECOGNIZED by the U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) Office of Legal Access Programs (OLAP) to provide legal, linguistically, and culturally competent services, to the growing legal permanent resident population in the area.

The Center has an EOIR / OLAP Accredited Representative / legal immigration expert to serve the immigrant community. The Center has been practicing legal immigration services and submitting applications/documents to US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), for the last 10 years.

The Center is affiliated to Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc., (CLINIC Legal), which is the largest charitable legal immigration network in the nation. As affiliates, we have access to Immigration trainings and legal immigration assistance 24/7 by their Immigration Attorneys, when clarification on a case is needed by our Accredited Representative.
